ULTIMETER Weather Stations are exceptionally rugged and reliable.  But in the event of a problem, we stand ready to assist you, and in many cases, can resolve problems over the telephone.  In this section of our website, we offer some basic troubleshooting information to help you pinpoint the nature of the problem, and when possible, correct a problem yourself.  Please refer to the menu at the left for answers to frequent technical support issues.
