CLEAR Key

The CLEAR key operates as follows:

1. To momentarily stop an alarm from sounding:
   • Tap the CLEAR key. The alarm will stop, but still be armed.
2. To disable an alarm:
   • First display the weather function.
   • Press the ALARM key. The present alarm set value will be displayed.
   • Press the CLEAR key and keep it pressed for 3 seconds. The alarm set value will flash 3 times then "OFF" will be displayed.
3. To clear a stored highest or lowest value:
   • First display the weather function.
   • Press the UP key or DOWN key 3 times, to display the long term highest or lowest value.
   • Press the CLEAR key and keep it pressed for 3 seconds. The display will flash 3 times then the current reading will be displayed.
